The other hanging pot is trailing purple petunias, which aren't very exciting yet but I hope will be able to hold their own against the fern. I've been thinking about porch furniture, which seems to be as expensive as indoor furniture if not more so, sadly. I've got an eye on Craiglist. I like wicker but it's probably the least durable and practical option.
