We are currently battling fleas. We've treated the (indoor, did I mention?) cat, so now the only thing the fleas have to bite that won't kill them is us. And they do.
According to Wikipedia, fleas can't survive in low temperatures (under 70 F) or low humidity (under 20%) . Whoops! We live in Georgia! So we're vacuuming daily with a flea collar in the vacuum bag, and will start treating with diatomaceous earth starting this evening. I want to avoid the nasty flea-bomb chemicals if we can; it will just take a lot of vigilance to break the cycle of eggs hatching. Ugh.
No, I have done no more bedroom painting.
