Day 1: jacked up the porch, removed the old column, poured a new concrete foundation.
Day 2: placed guiding lines and started building the new column.
Day 3: finished the new column.
Not sure what, if anything, is happening today. I think the masons are done; next we have various roof things going on, but I am not sure of the schedule.
